works rights
What we do
We do everything within our ability to provide maximum satisfaction to our clients However, Works Rights is not in the business of performing miracles. It´s simply not possible to respond to the needs of employers from one day to the next. It can take several weeks or months until the foreign workers arrive and begin working.
It´s essential to get the recruitment process under way at the right time.

How it works
Procedures for the employer
To enable us to provide foreign workers to Europe, our company require the following

Step 1 Letter of Demand

This letter Includes details of the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other information with regard insurances and accomodation if this is required. (We advise exactly what is required, each country has slightly different requirements).

Step 2 Agency Agreement signing

Step 3 Power of Attorney

The employer authorizes Works Rights on behalf of the company to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery.

Step 4 The employer provides documents for submission of request of Work Permits to the local Ministry of Labour for Approval. This is normally proof that the company is a legally registered company together with a letter requesting permission to employ foreign workers for their business, the employer will give us an example of their standard employment contract for the foreign workers. On some occasions a copy of the company accounts are required.

Step 5 Works Rights take care of the full process from the moment that we receive the letter of demand until the arrival of the worker to the clients’ workplace.
